3.21 苦木
苦木为苦木科植物苦木Picrasma quassioides (D.Don)Benn.的干燥枝和叶。具清热解毒、祛湿的功效。苦木生物碱对CAMP磷酸二酯酶有抑制作用,并且具有抗癌、消炎、降压、抗病毒、抗溃疡等药理作用;苦木中的β-咔啉在体外有抗单纯性疱疹病毒的活性。主要活性成分为铁屎米酮类生物碱和β-咔啉类生物碱,其中主要包括苦木酮碱、甲基苦木酮碱等。
