2.2 铸件结构设计工艺性的要求
设计铸件时,应考虑铸造工艺过程对铸件结构的要求,即必须考虑模样制造、造型、制芯、合箱、浇注、型砂清理等一系列工艺过程。铸件的形状结构必须适应这些工艺过程的要求,才能制造出合格的铸件。同时还应考虑简化铸造工艺过程,提高铸造性能,受力合理,以及便于后续切削加工。
2.2.1 简化铸造工艺
铸件结构在满足使用性能的条件下,应尽量简化铸造工艺环节,降低成本,提高质量。具体措施如表2-2-5所示。

2.2.5 组合铸件
对大型铸件,在不影响强度和刚度情况下,可以分成几块铸造,粗加工后,再用焊接、螺栓连接等方法装配起来(见表2-2-26),这种化大为小、化繁为简的方法有利于铸造、加工和运输。
