8.攒拳怒目增气力

(1)动作学习
① 重心移向右腿,左脚向左开步,两腿屈膝半蹲成马步;同时,两掌下落变拳抱于腰侧,拇指在内,拳眼向上;目视前方。

④ 左臂外旋,肘关节微屈,同时左掌向左缠绕,变掌心向上后握固;瞪目视左拳。

“攒拳怒目增气力”左冲拳再右冲拳为1次,共练习3次。

⑫ 做完3次后,重心移向右腿,左脚回收成并步站立;同时,两拳变掌,垂于体侧;目视前方。

(2)动作要点
① 马步的高低可根据自己的腿部力量灵活掌握。
② 冲拳时怒目圆睁,脚趾抓地,拧腰顺肩,冲拳时头向上顶,上体立直,肩部松沉,肘微屈,前臂贴肋前送,力达拳面;拳回收时,先五指伸直充分旋腕,再屈指用力抓握。
(3)动作功效
① 肝主筋,肝开窍于目,怒目瞪眼可刺激肝经,有疏肝益肝、益睛明目的作用。
② 两腿下蹲十趾抓地、双手攒拳、旋腕、手指逐节强力抓握,可刺激手足三阴三阳十二经脉和脊柱督脉与膀胱经背俞穴。同时可使全身肌肉、筋脉受到静力牵张刺激,长期锻炼可使全身筋肉结实有力,气力大增,即肝主筋之意。
(4)习练建议
① 先采取站立姿势体会旋腕攥拳动作,动作熟练后再进行马步练习。
② 注意拧腰顺肩,力达拳面。
③ 出拳、旋腕,都要怒目而视。
