Change vCenter default account access

User management was already discussed in Objective 1.1.

The default role for new users or new identity sources is No accessHowever, there are also the local users (of the vCenter OS), which can have some privileges and, for example in previous vCenter Server Windows based system local administrator was also added as a vCenter Administrator.

Starting with vSphere 6.0, the local administrator of the PSC (user root for VCSA, or administrator for Windows-based) does not have the full administrative vCenter permissions.

For the VCSA, the root user (the password of which is defined during the installation) can, of course, access the VAMI interface.
